The settlement bank of the Payment system, Bank “SKS” (LLC) has changed its corporate name to Bank 'World of Privileges' (LLC) as of June 15, 2022.

These changes were registered in accordance with the procedure established by law in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on the 10th of June 2022, State Registration Number 2227705243270.

On the 16th of June 2022, the Bank received a universal license from the Bank of Russia № 3224 for banking operations in rubbles and foreign currencies (with the right to attract funds from individuals to deposits), without the right to conduct banking operations with precious metals.

Starting from the 17th of June 2022, the new full name must be indicated in the payment (settlement) documents addressed to the Bank or its abbreviated corporate name in Russian.

Please note that changing the name will not entail any changes in the rights and obligations of the Bank in relation to its customers and partners. Renewal of contracts and power of attorney using the new corporate name of the Bank is not required for all existing contracts and agreements concluded by the Bank earlier to the name change. Terms of service in addition to power of attorney issued on behalf of the Bank will remain valid.
